Working Group <Community Information Research Network> (CIRN)

This WG will unite those researchers who work in the sphere of Community Informatics, Community Networking, using ICTs for Civil Society Development and support of nonprofit initiatives in CIS countries. The activity of this WG will be aimed at creating of the Community Information Research Network in CIS, as a part of The Global Community Informatics Research Network.
